I guess this is subject to opinion. I am driving a '01 CL-S now. After sitting in a '03 Cpe with leather this weekend I would say the "luxury" features you speak of is almost a push between the two cars. While the TSX may offer standard things like power passenger seat, higher watt stereo, and perhaps larger standard wheels, I can say that a TSX would not be that much further ahead of a well-stocked EX.

As for sportyness, no contest here. The EX coupe blows away my CL-S with it's "cougar-type" lines. Add a spoiler to the EX and you got one sharp looking ride! The TSX is a real dull looking car, especially when compared to the style (not quality) of the Altima, Audi A4, and BMW.
