'03 Accord Coupe - Wow!!
Car and driver estimates a 6.6sec 0-60 time for the 6 speed TSX. Ive seen numbers for the accord v6 MT coupe as low as 6.2 sec. For the TSX, thats pretty a pretty damn good time considering its a I4 200hp engine up against a V6 240hp torque monster. The TSX can even keep up with the bmw 3-series (6.4 sec 0-60), except for the m3 obviously. Not to mention the TSX 6-speed tranny is supposed to be much more responsive (sporty) than the accord v6. Personally, I can live with a 6.6 0-60 time and the fact that it comes with sport tuned suspension, navi, etc.. for the same or maybe less than a loaded v6 coupe MT ( probably around 30 grand) Id take the TSX any day. Plus, i heard the k-series engines are very easy to pump out a few extra ponies from, with a little modding.

Factors affecting 0-60 times: track surface, humidity, temperature, elevation, output of engine (ALL engines put out slightly different amounts of power) etc etc etc...you cannot magazine race. The only reliable times are those done in comparison tests in the same coniditons, but even those aren't 99% accurate because of the engine power factor. Every model has a few bad apples.

Well back to thr original post, either car will be great. Just get the car that'll fit your needs the best. Personally I've decided to go with the Accord since I need the extra room to haul around my fatass, but at the sametime, the Accord is fully loaded at 26k whereas the TSX will probably be a less equiped for the money. Then again you do get the Acura name and warranty over Honda.
