Guys, take it easy! After all, Honda is the mother company.

The TSX regardless of what anyone says is still a 4 cyl and the Accord EX we should be referring to is a 6.

Here's the facts:

TSX : 200 hp 166 pound-feet of torque
Accord EX 6: 240 hp and 212 pound-feet of torque

It is a plain fact that while the TSX may get off the line faster due to lighter weight and tall ratios, but when the TSX is topping off, the smooth 6cyl EX will have plenty of power to spare. My CL-S doesn't break a sweat doing in the 85-90mph range. I suppose the EX wont be too far off the CL's output.

Plus, throw on the AC, a couple of people in the back seat and lets see how much passing power the 4cyl TSX has compared to the EX!

LOL! Ok now I'm starting to laugh at you. Wait though... are we comparing the CL-S to a 325ci or a 330ci?

If straight line performance is your thing, okay. Those points are all true. But when you take into account the added fun of a twisty road in a TSX with a highly tuned suspension verus an Accord with a family-car suspension, the difference will readily be noticeable. Not to say the Accord doesn't handle well...I love the new Accord and I love the TSX, but the TSX is just an incredible vehicle and a stellar value.

Well the 330ci is more expensive, by about 3k... But as far as performance I'm pretty sure the 330ci is a little better, ESPECIALLY handling, like you said. From what I see the 0-60 is the same for both. Either way, IMO the BMW looks a ton better.
