Feel free to correct me, but if a Civic is so weak...
yea incase ur wondering tt means twin turbo plus its rear wheel drive so its not gonna lose the traction like the hatch will. Reliability wise honda has it beat but nissan's arn't tp bad about reliability.
The power is sufficient, but I wouldn't mind a little more pep.

Was merging on the highway, so I wasn't flooring it all of the way with the traffic that was around me at the time.
What are you guys doing with a topic this old anyway?!

arguing with some dude that thinks a 300zxTT stock will get smoked with a 93 GSR stock swap EG Hatch....
i thoguht 300 were slower then that....my bad. i wont be like everyone else saying i could mod a civic to run faster then that for less then 5 grand. i never said it would smoke it....just that it would be pretty darn close to a 300 zx performance wise. and isnt this is what this thread is all about? meaning civics arent THAT slow compared to "high performance" cars for the same price/year. yes stock wise.....but i dont think i could find a stock 93 civic for 5,000

Ive seen some street leagel 9s RWD. Ive never seen any street legal 10s FWD.
Only reason why I got my Civic is because its a stylish and affordable economy car. Id much rather have a car on the side to play with like a RX-7 and beef it up the way I want. Not a Civic.

After this video was made he was able to break a 10.4 @ 134mph. Next season he's going to attempt to hit 9's being completely street legal on pump gas.

The battle is tuning and traction. He spent countless hours nailing the suspension setup perfectly.
