10's are completely doable in a street legal Civic. Good friend of mine, Gary Wang, has a Honda shop in Pelham NH. I helped work on this car (limited amounts) on several weekends and he'll run a 10.8 @ 132mph and drives it home.
After this video was made he was able to break a 10.4 @ 134mph. Next season he's going to attempt to hit 9's being completely street legal on pump gas.
The battle is tuning and traction. He spent countless hours nailing the suspension setup perfectly.

didnt WCS know some guy in colorado with a white EG hatch that was running 10s and was street legal? -_- i remember him mentioning that because he put in the thread not to say lower the hatch cuz it runs 10s lol
