I think its easier to stick with it when you don't have to drag yourself out of the house

:dunno:

Not for me... I used to love going to the gym. I looked forward to it and didnt care if it was a snowstorm and -40 outside... i'd haul out there.

Now its like... oh boy... I can sit here and do 200 pushups in 8 - 10 sets here at the house... alone... Just isnt as much fun for me.

I don't like going to the gym because of all the testosterone-crazed meatheads trying to show off... Maybe thats just the gyms i've gone too :dunno:

"Beer muscle?" Alcohol offers a lot of energy, but more than you're going to use, unless you drink and do speed at the same time. A beer gut comes from the liver regenerating itself, so basically it's mainly dead liver and some usable liver. That's why beer guts are, ahem, "hard." "OH punch it, it's hard, it's not fat."

Why did you start drinking so much?

I was in really good shape back then, it wasn't the gut thing, I just got a whole lot of excercise and ate pretty well. Plus pretty much any time I'd drink back then, I'd be doing something physical, not just sitting around.

I started drinking because I was a kid, and it was the cool thing to do... I continued drinking because I thought it was fun... eventually it just became a habit. Its been getting a little out of hand lately, and I'm trying to cut back. I don't think I'll quit altogether, I just need to excercise a little more self-control.

nah, I don't need to lose any weight, I just need to get my muscles back up to par. Plus I love real food too much to go on that diet.
