God, I'm out of shape
I've really let myself go... I used to have a hawt sacksy bod, but now i'm all flabby... Somebody please motivate me to get off my ass. I need to get ready for the snowboarding season so I don't hurt myself...
I'm always so busy with school/work, and i've become a fully-fledged drunk over the last year or so... it just so hard to force myself to work out. It used to just be part of my daily routine, but now the only excersize I get is walking to school. :down:

I think I just have to bite the bullet and start it up again. I also need to keep my boozing in check (for more reasons than my fitness)...

i know some great excercises... I just need to do them and stop being a lazy turd.
and tarheel, I am very familiar with beer muscles... the best shape I've ever been in (the summer when I was 19) i drank pretty much daily... Man, I could pull the broads back then...
