I feel ya dude, it's hard work to stay in shape. I've been at my same weight for 2.5yrs. I've loss 20lbs before, but just gain it back. I lose faith in myself after a month or so.

well, i did my excercises tonight... now its just a matter of doing them tomorrow. .... and the day after, and the day after, etc. :happysad:

I worked out for about a month, started seeing results...now I'm going on 2 and a half weeks of nothing

I used to workout all last semester, then summer came, I got lazy and haven't been in the gym since then. I am getting stronger legs from walking from my apt to my classes everyday (loooooooooooong walk).

I'm not going to the gym so I am making the best of no weights workouts. Definatly not as much fun, and it doesnt feel like a workout, but I guess its a like a test to see if I can stick with it.
