Default RESURECTED!!!

just though I'd resurrect this thread for an update. I guess my life has changed a bit over the last month... I've gotten back into pretty decent shape, even went for a run yesterday. I've been able to cut back on the drinking A LOT more than I thought I could... at first it was shakey, but now after a few solid weeks of effort, I would say its not really a problem anymore... I just have to keep on it (only drank once last week). In case any of you noticed, I haven't really been posting in the last several weeks. Its really getting down to the wire for my MA thesis. I have to defend it a week from today :nervous: Anyway, I just thought I'd spread the good news, probably wont be posting for about a week.

peez.

This will help u be sttronger over all. Do these 4 exercises if u want real muscle.

Way to go Sh*tBox. :goodjob:

I only started working out more seriously 3 months ago but I'm still really into it. I actually look forward to working out and get somewhat frustrated when I miss planned days.

No one can motivate you but yourself. I've tried to get friends to work out but they just give up because they just aren't self motivated. It looks like you've been able to do it so far so congrats.

I work at a gym and it sucks because when I am done with work I don't wanna lift. However I am 5'10 and 175lbs and 7% body fat so I guess I am doing ok, but now I am on Percosette because of a car wreck I got rear ended while I was stopped at 70 mph (ouch) and I ****ed up my rotater cuff like 2 months ago so I haven't lifted since then and it is really starting to piss me off.
