God, I'm out of shape

I've really let myself go... I used to have a hawt sacksy bod, but now i'm all flabby... Somebody please motivate me to get off my ass. I need to get ready for the snowboarding season so I don't hurt myself... |
Round is a shape. I'm about to go to the gym myself, work my upper body, arms, stomach, and run/walk for 30 minutes.

jus do pushups and situps every night...it takes like 15 minutes and it will get you back into shape good enough for boarding

I'm always so busy with school/work, and i've become a fully-fledged drunk over the last year or so... it just so hard to force myself to work out. It used to just be part of my daily routine, but now the only excersize I get is walking to school. :down:

i know some great excercises... I just need to do them and stop being a lazy turd.
and tarheel, I am very familiar with beer muscles... the best shape I've ever been in (the summer when I was 19) i drank pretty much daily... Man, I could pull the broads back then... :( |
u should lose weight to make ur car run faster (10lbs=1 hp), faster shifting, so work out ur right arm

I'm 5'8" about 150-155lbs... I think my weight is fine.
