I used to have a daily routine of isokinetic excercises for shoulders/chest/back/stomach and legs. Took me about 30mins/day, and got me in awesome shape...
I think I just have to bite the bullet and start it up again. I also need to keep my boozing in check (for more reasons than my fitness)...
