I have a really weird injury in the deep tissue (or maybe nerves) in my left butt cheek. I hurt my lower back lifting a box of tile about a month ago and the injury sort of migrated into my butt. Doesn't affect my workout too much, it just makes it pretty uncomfortable to sit down/stand up or drive my car (firm clutch). Been working through it, but I gotta see a doctor soon.
In other news, my stepdaughter's bf is coming to family reunion this summer (at the lake, a.k.a. bikini season), and I've challenged him to an ab-off. I might have to trim my belly hair for this one

I usually will take a serving of BCAA either during a workout or directly after. If I take it after, I usually will mix it with my protein shake. I use to get my BCAA's from taking Controlled Labs Purple Wraath, but I was too cheap to buy another tub so i just bought some of ON's BCAA in both powder and pill form.
