Whats wrong with your wrist, I developed dequarvains tenosynovitis 6 months ago and haven't been able to lift. Had a steroid injection and it made it better for a few months, but it's rearing its ugly head again. Next is surgery, but i'm holding off on that
Damn, that sucks. Mine was on the opposite side, I think I pulled a tendon. Felt like a sprain though.
It seems to be getting better.
