Haha, that's not new. Have you ever seen the bands?

Down about 7lbs or so.

Started a low-carb diet Monday. 95% of my loss thus far is probably water weight, but I'll take it.

Started 200 - Now 193ish. Cutting down to 165. Hopefully by June or so.

So I'm going on vacation in a few weeks and I would like to cut down the body fat a bit. Any tips? I've never really tried to "cut" h:

Reduce your carbs, salt and sugar intake as much as possible. A few weeks is a pretty short time h:

cut out all grains/sugar/processed food/soft drinks/etc. my buddy's wife did a fitness competition and she basically ate only tilapia and broccoli for several weeks out before the competition.

I've lost 13+ pounds in 2.5 weeks doing a low carb diet. You lose weight quickly. I'd probably be closer to -20lbs by now but I've had a couple cheat days.

IME it's the fastest way to cut 15lbs.

Trying to drop some weight before the wedding. Keeping it pretty simple by doing 20 mins of cardio every morning, some crunches afterwards, and watching what I eat. Been doing major portion control, cutting down (not out) the carbs, and trying not to eat out. I also cut out soda 3 months ago and I feel great. Next will be the coffee...

Congrats man, both on the wedding and the lifestyle changes.

I could not function without coffee, unfortunately.
