yeah, even if you were to eat the same amount but moved around the portions to where you started eating earlier it would help.

so where exactly are you eating?

and btw, an obvious way to increase motivation is to go w/ a friend that's already got a consistent workout routine. anyone like that that you know of?

Eat breakfast you homo :slap:

They don't call it the most important meal of the day just because it sounds neat. You just fasted for 8 hours then you wake up and run until noon then eat. Your body thinks it is starving so it will stockpile everything it can because it doesn't know when the next supplement is going to come through so it burns it cautiously.

Meal regiment should be like this to jump start your metabolism:

Breakfast
2hours later snack
lunch
2 hours snack
dinner (do not eat more than 2 hours before bedtime)

Repeat

Snacks should be health minded of course and counted in your daily intake. Exercise should be upped while keeping on this regiment.

it's simple math and should equal slightly more calories burned than ingested, once you hit target weight you can adjust intake to balance output with intake numbers.

Go to Pro Gym Serge Moreau near the Olympic Park. It's still the best gym I've ever been too.

YOu want to know where i eat? I eat in every restaurant... I dont eat fastfood and i am willing to eat at home more often. I just find it so boring to eat at home cause that mean i'm gonna eat alone and I hate doing that. When I do eat at home i just eat the easiest shit possible. Like meat or something like that.

I've never really been a fan of cooking for myself. I love cooking for others but not for myself. I have a great Bucher, fish market, fruit market right close to my place. i should def profit from it...

Yeah... i'll try to do that. I find it hard though. I mean breakfast i can grab cereals. Snack i can get fruits. the problem is lunch cause i eat at the caf, and dinners cause i eat with friends.

Remember don't aim too high or you'll fail. Keep short term goals and do what you know you can do for a long time.

that's what i'm trying to do... I'm gonna try to start with fixing my eating habits like: waking up earlier to eat breakfast and dinner at home. lunch i'll stick with the caf for now. Not only will it give me something to do but it will save me money and hopefully i start feeling better. Then once that's fixed it will be time to join the gym.

My main problem is I lack knowledge about what is healthy AND taste good. I mean I hate all boiled veggies, i love bread and patatoes. I love fish, meat.

I'm not totally ignorant... it's just that eating shreded weats, a salad for lunch and fish and salad for dinner can get boring. I need better and new ideas. I can find all produce just need to find a site to get me going.

any ideas on that?

It's funny cause i'm eating pretty much anything i want and i dont gain any wieght.
not gaining weight doesnt mean youre not getting out of shape. you can still be skinny/same/watever and get more unhealthy.
