breakfast should be high in protein for best results. just loading on carbs, i.e. cereal, bagels/muffins won't do you any good b/c your body will burn through it too fast and you'll be hungry again. having a few eggs, either cooked or boiled, w/ your breakfast is best. that plus fruits, whole grain stuff, and nuts will do you well.

before u try to eat more frequently, u need to change the order. u got that all backwards. (but dont skip dinner. make it light)
Yeah i've never really been looking to lose weight you're right. I just want to say i'm really not obese or anything like that. I'm just bored and i feel like i need a challenge.

I know i'm out of shape... no doubt about that. I want to get more healty it's just that I dont know how too h:

Also I know that if the food is no good i wont be able to stick with it. I have very little passions... unfortunatly good food is 1 of them so i need to find a way to eat healthy but GOOD too.

I dont mind getting a light dinner... like i said when i do eat at home i usally just stick to bread and cheese.

you know that the best workout in the world wont do you any good without discipline. you need to first change your mentality and mindset that you CAN do it and stick to it. if you're already expecting yourself to quit then you're going to quit. if thats the case, you're just wasting your time and you're better off not even starting in the first place so you can avoid the self-disappointment.

man up fool. stop being a pussy. if a guy says hes gonna do something, then that guy needs to stick with it. a guy whos all talk and no walk is worth less than a bitch. this goes for anything in life, whether its girls, work, health, whatever.

Yeah i was thinking hard boiled eggs, bowl of cereals and a fruit would be good and filling. I dont mind breafast being repetetive.

Lunch time at the caf would be a salad or maybe the "healthy choice" meal.

Dinner is where I'm gonna have a problem.
