go to a site like menshealth.com and check their nutrition/health sections. they offer up good recipes and practical suggestions for cooking and eating

man up fool. stop being a pussy. if a guy says hes gonna do something, then that guy needs to stick with it. a guy whos all talk and no walk is worth less than a bitch. this goes for anything in life, whether its girls, work, health, whatever.

I joined a gym two weeks ago and I gained 4lbs... of muscles.
Don't bother with how much you weigh. Your weight will fluctuate up and down due to losing fat and gaining muscles.
Before you know it, you'll be in shape and healthy.
Dedication. GO TO THE GYM.
Otherwise.
Don't bother.

i swear i can write a book on this shit. went from a fatass (5'10 220lbs 38" waist) to where i am now. you're not gonna lose shit until you apply yourself 100% and dedicate yourself to it. that means counting calories, being smart, and having a ferocious desire to WIN. can't think of it as a diet either, it's a lifestyle change, with sprinkles of cheating here and there to keep you sane. quite frankly if you're not mentally up to it, just give up now.
