that's what i'm trying to do... I'm gonna try to start with fixing my eating habits like: waking up earlier to eat breakfast and dinner at home. lunch i'll stick with the caf for now. Not only will it give me something to do but it will save me money and hopefully i start feeling better. Then once that's fixed it will be time to join the gym.

My main problem is I lack knowledge about what is healthy AND taste good. I mean I hate all boiled veggies, i love bread and patatoes. I love fish, meat.

I'm not totally ignorant... it's just that eating shreded weats, a salad for lunch and fish and salad for dinner can get boring. I need better and new ideas. I can find all produce just need to find a site to get me going.

any ideas on that?
