Pica are now up of the roof trusses. All of the big ones are up, most of the smaller ones should go on today and tomorrow.

Are you doing vaulted ceilings or a large attic space?

It is an extra room upstairs that is 37' 4" x 18' 8" and will house my office and Stacy's library. It is labeled as a game room on the plans, but has a full bath up there as well, so it could be used as a guest room for emergency purposes.

:edit:

I just put the "Bonus Room" plan image up under the plans tab, you can see it there.

Just put new pics up on the site, it is coming along well, just slow. Hopefully all of the roof sheeting will be on today.

Negative on the roof sheeting, but still coming along. Getting ready to order cabling, electrical and plumbing supplies. Once the house is secured all of those things will start to be installed.

Here is the status as of Wednesday

Here is my new toy, Brand new, had 5 hours on it when we picked it up.

This is as of Saturday

Digging the walkout from the basment

This is as of this evening. As you can see, there is no dirt pile remaining.

Cutting the driveway in

Looking out the walk-out door

Still a lot more dirt needed to level out the lot, but it is coming along. Hoping to get the roof, windows, porch slab, and garage slab done this week. Hopefully will get all of the utlities done as well. We are doing all work except installing windows, that is still a part of the framer's fee.

Thanks for the comments guys, I am hoping to really start moving here soon, as soon as the framing contractor finishes up, which will hopefully be by the end of this week. I will still be putting on the roof though once he finishes up the things he needs to on that, which I cannot wait for it to happen so my house stops getting wet.
