Swaggs21 House Build Thread
So it looks like things are finally moving, albeit 2 months later than I would want.
I am closing on my current house next Thursday, and should start construction on the new house sometime the week after that.
The house plan is modified from this: House Plan
Changes include walk out basement in the back(french doors there because I am not fitting furniture through a 36" door anymore), french doors off of the master suite onto the wrap around porch, and some other little changes.
I will be letting a builder get it dried in, then I will take over all construction after that. Hoping to have the master bedroom, master bathroom and kitchen functional by September 5th, which is the first night Stacy will stay in the house (our wedding night).
The basement and upstairs will be fully finished, just haven't decided the layout of all the rooms downstairs yet. I know there will be a bathroom, family room, and theater, but past that it is still up in the air.
Been designing all the cabinets in the house, should start making them in the next couple of weeks, while the builder is still getting the structure up.
I will take some pics of the property and keep you guys informed with updates along the way.

When you have a RB that is 173 lbs and is benching a legit 430lbs, you have to know there is a madman behind it.

Dude guy PJ Shirdan lives not that far from me and was my personal trainer last night at LA fitness. My God the workout he put me through he said he does at school, i dam near wanted to puke after I was done, I could barely drive home. But honestly, if i could afford more classes I would SOOOO do it again, it felt good and as much pain as I am in now, it feels GOOOOD
