The house takes up most of the property, but there is a brand new John Deere riding mower in the garage if I need it

It is on mine, I helped my grandfather build it two years ago. He has lifetime rights to it, but I have a feeling he is going to not want to use it for anything once I am done with the house. I plan on it housing some more CNC machines.

edit: you have to get a garage bigger than 32 x 28 so you can 1up willis.
