Are you taping the seams or just plastering? Or are you having someone else do it?

Thanks for all of the comments guys I cannot wait till painting because that means I get about a 5 day break. Someone else is finishing it, I am not real good at it and would rather have someone that does it on a daily basis do it.

The ceilings are 9' high, and none are vaulted, but the upstairs has a vaulted look.

All the doors with direct entry into the house are French doors. I have moved to many times to bring furniture through a 32" door again.

So I have been super busy with work and the house lately. Did a bunch of outside work this weekend along with the drywall being about 75% hung (waiting to finish plumbing) if the weather holds up I will be working outside this week, finishing the plumbing on Thursday/Friday, and then hanging drywall all weekend to get it ready sometime week after next for the finisher to come in.

Will take some pics tonight if I have a chance to get the place cleaned up some, it is a disaster right now with all the drywall pieces laying around.

More is done than this on the soffit and fascia, but I didn't get pictures of it this evening. I will take pics of the inside tomorrow since it is supposed to rain.

Wow!!! It looks amazing bro! I can't believe how far you've come. I'm seriously proud of what I've seen you accomplish. Keep up the great work!
