I have not tried the whey powder, but the protien seems to be good, that and eat a lot of food.
yea but I want some weight thats going to stay on. 3 months ago when I was lifting everyday I was taking protein and I got up to 178 lbs and I am 6'2". My goal was to get to 185 but I'd like to get to 190 or so. But then I stopped lifting and now I'm down to 165 lbs again:eh: I am going to go to GNC tomorrow and get back on protein and start lifting for the new year. My goal is to get to 190 within the next month or two.
