And on a side note, did back and abs today. My bruised rib is still pretty bad but it's getting better slowly but surely.

I was just born and raised skinny, it's easier to work from there as oppose to starting out fat. I'm pretty flabby, i need some more muscle weight.
I did some quick shoulder workouts yesterday, I'm feeling good. Need to crank up the cardio intensity, and if I'm consistent with my workouts I should be pretty cut in two months. ooh yeah diet needs some adjustments too

do some pullups on some banana tree. I didn't work out saturday, got to have a day off a week. Did some DDR, chest and ab workout yesterday, feels damn good except for that Bacon waffle egg bacon cheese sandwich i had yesterday morning though
