Weight: Havent weighed myself in a while but I'm guessing still around 188 lbs
Goals: I wanted to get to 200 lbs but I have to eat a shitload of food to get the calories I need which seems impossible for me to attain. I just havent been able to eat that much yet so I think if I get into the mid 190s but am getting stronger then I'm coo. I have been consistently getting stronger all year while my weight has stayed about the same. I would like to shred up my abs though h:

Height: 5'7"
Weight: 165 lbs.

Going to try this common sense diet:

I definately don't want to lose weight, but I want to tone up my thighs and arms.....and keep my abs toned. I plan on biking when it gets warmer as well as doing super lame exercise videos.....hopefully I'll be motivated enough.

It works Pete. I was on the 16 Week ab workout plan. (Made it to 8 weeks then got slammed by holidays.)

I plan on picking back up soon.

I've already been doing it a few times a week....its not that I think its super lame to do it, I just think the lady on there is super lame/80's...but she sure is a motivator!

been running 1 mile twice a week though

Body Fat: I wish I had

Goal: Definitely need to get my abs more defined. My legs are strong since I built them up when I used to kickbox. so basically im just maintaining what I have. I acquired the P90X videos and i've been using the ab x ripper for a few weeks now. That crap definitely works. My goal is to have more defined abs by April. While eating right and not stuffing my face with chinese food every so often and or Subway sandwiches.

I never really stopped my goal, just slacked just a little recently. h:

I started @ 6'3 254lbs at my heaviest evar. I was down to 223lbs about three weeks ago but managed to get back up to 230lbs where I'm at now.

So..

Current: 230lbs
Goal: 200lbs hopefully by June 1st
