Goal: Definitely need to get my abs more defined. My legs are strong since I built them up when I used to kickbox. so basically im just maintaining what I have. I acquired the P90X videos and i've been using the ab x ripper for a few weeks now. That crap definitely works. My goal is to have more defined abs by April. While eating right and not stuffing my face with chinese food every so often and or Subway sandwiches.
