Cuppzorz I know what you mean, I hated going to the gym for pretty much the same reasons. But, I go in the morning now where there is a less amount of meat heads. I see the same people everyday, come to think of it I haven't seen any new faces and what not.

Its hard to get motivated because Ive been having serious problems sleeping lately. Im talking like..not going to bed until 4am.
Might try to do this though.

i figured id update a lil bit...
i recently decided that being 215lbs wasnt for me...(i went from 185->215 in about 4 months) it wasnt fat mostly muscle but i wasnt all that "cut" so i decided to up my cardio an abs eat differently and loose some weight...
im now back to 195 and its feels good man.
