Yes it is. Max-OT works...but it's hard on your body lifting all that weight...which is why I no longer do it.

Same.

After having an ulnar nerve injury I still lifted the same as Max OT describes, but at 8-12 reps.

I tweaked my wrist earlier this week repping out 345. Still managed to get 6 done, but my wrist was bothering me. Then I had to move Mar's homegirl (Marcia - Hay brett!!! ) into her second story apartment last night. Big ass uhaul with me and 2 tiny ass filipino girls. Needless to say, I had to carry a 190lb Sony TV accross the parking lot, up two flights of stairs and onto the TV console.... by myself. Now my wrist REALLY hurts. :madr:

I was wondering how rough it was for your body.

I'll probably switch up to that at the end of the 12 weeks.

Lifting heavy is very hard on your joints, not to mention muscles/tendons/ligaments. That's how I fucked up my shoulder...doing military presses on MaxOT....never been the same.

Nah my shin splints just come in and out when I'm doing cardio...nothing to do with MaxOT.
