Yes it is. Max-OT works...but it's hard on your body lifting all that weight...which is why I no longer do it.

After having an ulnar nerve injury I still lifted the same as Max OT describes, but at 8-12 reps.
I'll probably switch up to that at the end of the 12 weeks.
