Official HAN Fitness Camp III
Back and shoulders today. I beasted the seated row with 230 lbs on it today (20 reps, 12 reps, 10 reps), and then my left arm turned into a noodle. Worked it off with a little basketball. My shoulders are still a little questionable, but definitely feeling better than they were earlier this week.
Its the kind where your chest is up against a pad so you just use your arms. I'll try to find a pic.
:edit: It's kinda like this, only you're pulling down from above a little bit instead of straight towards you (i.e. your hands start at eye level or so and end up next to your ribs)

Ok, I need to start weight lifting. Can you guys recommend the best exercises at a fully stocked gym? Here's my beta schedule. Let me know if its appropriate:
Monday:Legs/Triceps
Tuesday:Back/Biceps
Thursday:Chest/Forearm
Friday:Abs/Shoulders
Cardio will be in the morning 3x a week (running), and my workouts will be in the afternoon during lunch time.
Currently: 145 lb 6', lean body type (OK, fuggin skinny)
Goals: 155 lb, muscular (by end of october).
I am on a restricted protein and salt diet. No supplements.

The problem I have is my limited diet. Practically no potassium, protein, or sodium; too high of either of those and I'll die
. That will fix itself soon enough though (~3 months).

hahahahah I thought the same thing Phat! I was like.. DAMN DAVE!!!!

I can't do 230 on the seated row. Our machine only goes up to 180
Just for you guys, I'll see what I can do on that machine tomorrow
I usually don't use it because that part of the gym is crowded (plus the other machine makes you look cooler

Just got back. Today was boobie day + popeye routine + ab ripper. Ab ripper has started getting kinda easy, so I bumped up each exercise to 30 instead of 25 reps. I've also been working in weighted side-bends on non-ab ripper days.
If you ever want to develop your torso (shoulders, chest, back, etc), you'll need to work your arms too. I spend at least one day a week doing arms only, and I can still tell it's my arms holding me back when I'm doing other exercises. You should also start fapping with your left hand
I don't want to work out my arms all that much (biceps, triceps, and chest) I feel like I'd need a day of rest.
