I was 167 at lunch today. Just got back from a run and I had to quit at 3 miles because I was feeling light headed
Gonna go out and pick up some food.
On the plus side, some old lady was eyeballing me at the gym today

I need to start running if I can do the academy. Supposed to run 3 miles a day, and at the end of the academy you should be doing 7 a day.

did 400 pushups and sit ups yesterday, was going to do back, but was watching tv so decided to watch tv and do the pushups and situps

If that happens while running for organized PT or for physical fitness test...you have to run with it no matter what. Really sucks when it gets severe and tunnel vision starts.
