hahaha at p90x saga
bunch of lazy bastards

ab ripper x is doing its thing for me, but i need to get back into the weights still
my damn barbells have to narrow of handles, if i grip tightly my hands are squished by the weights that screw onto them, fucking lame
bball started back up last week, feels good to get some cardio again
sunshine is out, time for spandex, giving the bike a tuneup this week

i do most of ab ripper x. i leave some out and add some push up exercises from other parts of p90x to make one thing i do most days.

yeah i do ab ripper x 3 times a week or so
fucking scissors kill me, i cant move my legs and keep my knees straight to save my life

hows the rest of the program compared?
the structure makes me workout more, but i dont want overkill
any specific vids i should dl?
