i put like twice the amount of yogurt i usually eat in the bowl this morning. had to put some back h:

I noticed something different this morning as well. Before I started lifting I was walking down to put my bag in the locker room, and I noticed that even with my arm at normal position my tris were clearly oulined. Made my workout 100 times better.

The major problem area I really have to focus on are my obliques, and I know how to solve it to. The problem is taking the action to resolve it Fucking diet.

LOL. at least you could put it back. sometimes when i dont pay attention i let the sugar pour out too fast into my coffee and end up putting 2x what i want w/ no shot at un-doing it :wtc:

it's really only hard for the first week or so. once you get into a new habits it's easy. Just force yourself into healthier eating habits and then it's easy. stop being such a little bitch about your diet phat :fawk:
