[QUOTE=DarkStarr;3734347]Well well.. on my drive home from work tonight, ah.. I just let the chat logs tell the story:

btw...I do think your an idiot for slamming on your brakes. What if that moron whipped out a gun and shot you up because you wanted to be cool?

I understand that what I did was wrong and stupid, and could have easily avoided everything by just reporting him when he was driving erratically. I lost my cool and thats what happened. If I would have thought it through before reacting, then everything would have probably come out nicer, but the fact is that I reacted irresponsibly.

I wasn't trying to be cool and I am not "showing off" or gloating about what I did, I understand he could have pulled a gun on me, but what's done is done and I have learned my lesson.

you may know what your talking about when it comes to brake checks BUT

brake checking and illegally passing someone and then purposely coming to a complete stop for no reason in the middle of the road directly in front of them are two completely different things. no way in hell the way that a judge would call what he did as brake checking if he described that story exactly.

the only reason that he got off like he has so far is the simple fact the other guy wound up blowing. if the guy hadnt been intoxicated, the whole scenario would be playing out quite differently, and you may still see it happen where he gets in a bit of trouble for what he did.

i completely agree but, the guy was drunk. All the illegal passing and stopping performed will just fade away since the guy was drunk.
if he wasnt drunk then he'd be introuble.
