brake checks can only be held against you if you actually lock up the brakes like the drunk guy did. If you hit them just enough to say back-off, I think its considered completely different.

so wait ... you get by the guy and could easily have just kept going but instead you purposely came to a sudden stop with him right behind you?

talk about fucking retarded :shake:

that cop should have ticketed you for wreckless driving as well if he knew that. thats just as dangerous as what that guy was doing and the fact he hit you was completely your fault
