with that said.
Was he?
If a person breaks the law in a manner worse than you broke the law, your infractions dont "fade away" and make you innocent. Dont be an idiot.
And BTW, yes most of the time it does take someone going through something like this to learn not to volunteer information (and various other nifty clues to life that come with experience) UNLESS they were to say actually listen to others and learn from someone elses mistakes. That however, doesnt seem to be human nature in most cases.

Got a ticket in the mail today, reckless driving.. gah.
$107.50, doesn't look like any points.
Wasn't worth it.
This is my 5th ticket in 2 years. I don't have any points on my license, but I should stop pushing my luck.

as well as himself for being mouthy. speaking of mouthy, that all sure "faded away" didnt it? Now all he has to do is pay the ticket (pleading guilty in the process) and give the insurance some leverage if they want to try and pin the accident on him (which they never would do because insurance companies LOVE paying out to their clients).

And no, not getting any compensation for the bumper. I wouldn't report it anyway given any other circumstance because the damage is so minuscule.
