I was actually concerned with the coverage/damage to his vehicle should he make a claim with his insurance company. :hs:

By mouthy I meant the amount of information you gave the cops to begin with. Again, :hs:

I've been rear-ended by some stupid soccermom bitch in her suburban which totaled my car and my back in the process and I got nothing out of it except paid medical bills and it's all because she was riding my ass and not paying attention, so if ANYONE gets on my ass I brake check 'em. I usually wait till the speed limit drops and then slam the brakes just as soon as i pass the lower speed limit sign (just for an alibi i guess). I usually drive @ least the speed limit if not just over and I DON'T DRIVE IN THE LEFT HAND LANE, as it is for PASSING... the way i see it is if they're not gonna respect my safety and show a little courtesy, i can always return the favor... woe be unto the MF that hits me from behind next time... i'll be paralyzed for a good 6 mos. @ least lol

Yes, but I just jeopardized my chances at being an OTR Trucker. Even if I plead guilty to a lesser charge, when a DMV report is run, they'll still see an attempt at careless driving. I have to fight this and hopefully plead guilty to a lesser charge. I'm sure it's all about the money anyway..

Well, got my hearing set for the 24th. If nothing else I hope to plead guilty to a lesser charge. Also, got a letter in the mail ordering me to the same magistrate on Feb 5th to testify against the other driver on behalf of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Any advice?

ONe word of advice, when the lawyer asks you a question, dont answer that very second, wait one or two seconds also, dont go into details with your answers.

Leave your answers short.
