That might come back to haunt you in court. I dunno about PA but here the law is if you are the rear ender, its your fault 99.9% of the time. If you did something like brake checking the insurance companies (and later the law) would consider that fraud (they would view this as an accident you caused to wreck someone on purpose and would pin the "for financial gain" part of it on you as well).
PA is a "no fault" state. I used to live there.
