he needs to find a way to balance diet with proper exercise. If you only bench, you'll build muscle behind the fat. If you only diet, your skin might start to sag.

:werd: when I first started hitting the gym again I didnt do enough cardio and too much bench...instead of dancing pecs I got dancing bitch tits....I now have way more chest muscle, but it just makes my titties look bigger cause I didn't cut the fat down. I am working on that now h:

not so much. muscle is what burns fat so he's still going to be burning fat while he's building muscle by lifting only but cardio will definitely help accelerate the fat loss.

not so much.

Muscle does burn fat, however I am sure that since he says he is heavy, his muscle to fat ratio is not favorable at all. It would take him a very long time with just lifting (especially if diet wasn't correct) to get that ratio to the point where he was burning a lot of fat with working out.

gyno :reechy: but seriously, as long as it's not breast tissue from testosterone aromitization, it's just regular fat, and like all fat you can only get rid of it through diet and exercise and can't focus on losing it in any particular place. weight lifting will do little to change it, and if you increase muscle mass in the chest, it may become even more pronounced as it gets pushed further out.
