gyno :reechy: but seriously, as long as it's not breast tissue from testosterone aromitization, it's just regular fat, and like all fat you can only get rid of it through diet and exercise and can't focus on losing it in any particular place. weight lifting will do little to change it, and if you increase muscle mass in the chest, it may become even more pronounced as it gets pushed further out.
