also with the decline try lower weight but more reps

So what I gather from here is I should keep doing what I'm doing, and focus a little more on incline bench.

Yep, you could very well have gynomastecia, which no amount of running or lifting will help. Not much can be done without surgery or medication.

If anything, I'd focus on Incline Bench, this will help to offset some of the sagging a little bit.

... just restating my opinion, but i don't think lifting is going to help your much problem at all. cardio and diet is the way to burn fat. focusing on squats would be just as effective as bench press for your bitch-tit problem.

diet and cardio is my main focus right now...that's why I said keep doing what I'm doing.

it may not be gynomastecia. might just be titties from getting fat:dunno: I'd get heavy into the cardio and doing the lower weight high rep incline and how if things change.
