whatever foo. Under that bodybuilding routine you're probably bigger than most of us. I still have lots of work to do. What do you rep for dumbell or barbell flatbench?

I just replenished my supply:rick:

Whoever buys ON Whey, don't get Double Chocolate. I'm almost done with my tub. That shit is gross. I wish they'd make a bigger tub of Cookies n' Cream.

Lol I wish! It all depends on when I do it in my workout really, I do sets of 12 with 75's fresh and 65's after doing inclines first. I don't do barbell flatbench after messing up my elbow, but before I stopped doing it I was doing 175 x 6.

Hell dude I'm only 150 lbs .

I was up to around 170 at my worst but I think i'm down to 150-155 now (I gotta go to the health center to use the scale soon, I'm curious)

Mind you I'm only 5'9".

I really just started working out regularly and eating good again about 2 weeks ago, so i'm JUST starting to feel a little strength come back, but I can't see any differences yet obviously. I'll post pics once I do

Thats pretty good. I dont really do barbell bench either. I was doing 60 lb dumbells in October and would work up to 80 lbs when I stopped working out. Yesterday I had to warm up ith 45s and topped at 60s h: I think I'm going to do 6 weeks on dumbells then go to barbells for 6 weeks to switch it up.

That's hella impressive brett.

I have been working bench for the last two weeks and feel waaaay stronger.

I'm lifting with a former colonel in the marines here. The guy is 51, BUT is 6'5 240 and has 8% body fat. He runs 5 miles every morning and is a BEAST!.

Last workout was thursday.

Flat bench I put up 315x5 2 sets and he did 335x8 2 sets

Decline I put up 350x2 and he did 385x1.

I almost died.

Bench routine is incline 135, 205, 135

flat 135, 225, 265, 225, 135 (failure)

Decline 225, 265, 315, 135 (failure)

That day we were testing our max decline. Only partial sets just to warm up.
