I think that only happens when people lose weight extremely quickly like with stomach bypass or whatever it is.

Shouldn't since his weight isn't astronomical.

If you need to rub cocoa butter on the problem spots for stretch marks, it will lessen the visibilty of them.

Took a week break, but I was at 90lbs dumbbell presses, 95 decline, 75-80 incline (depending on shoulders), 60-65 military presses (depending on shoulders) 125 dumbbell lat rows, 120lb shrugs, some annoying number of plates for angled squats, 50lb concentration curls, 250lb lat pulldowns, and various other exercises inbetween h:

I wanna start on some core exercises... I've recently picked up pushups with the tips of your toes balanced on a yoga ball, and I think I might try that "300" workout listed earlier in this thread tonight.

lol. I'm working my way back up with the dumbell presses. Currently 80 lb dumbell presses, decline I do barbells and I did 200 last night , 65-70 incline, 60-65 military presses. A lot of the other exercises I do are like pull downs for tris which are hard to gauge because of the machine. One machine at the gym I can do the whole stack of 150 lbs and the one next to it I can only do about 75 lbs

Mmmmm I found some old pants. I threw away my jeans. These pants are 36x30. I now wear a 30/31x30 (or 32 if I plan to wear them with a cuff).

I remember buying 38s when I was 220lbs.

Then I noticed I was fat.

Then I lost 75lbs. Now I'm 145.

oh, yes. i am in my undies behind those pants in the last pic. muahahaha. thread failure...............

more pics. i was having fun with these pants:

And, since I'm gay, I do yoga/run these days. I can do either anywhere. The gym at school is full of huge douches, so I don't bother.

Like, height/weight and such? 6'5" and about 190-200 lbs, depending on how much water I drink and food I eat h:

I'm doing low-ish reps though. I do about 2-3 sets of 8 (Sometimes 10)... not quite Max-OT, but still less than the traditional 10-12
