I guess this turned into a workout crew thread. :bigok:
I made an assload of food today. It should last me through the week
I made 5 6-8oz steak cuts, enough grilled chicken, steak, onions & bellpeppers to make about 15 fajitas (that should be 2 days worth at least) and 2 or 3 meals worth of grilled buffalo chicken. also made some homemade non-fat ranch dressing.

I feel alot stronger and my stamina has definitely gone up. I think my confidence is going up a bit more. It's been commented on a few times. I'll let you more accurately know how I feel psychologically once I get under 200.
