Maybe you went up to high in weight too fast. Probably should start off slow and work your way up. Did it hurt during the exercise?

I did the same thing doing military presses last year...I don't do them anymore. I had to quit lifting for quite a while.

My tri's and forearms are sore...it hurts to type. h:

wood dowel + rope + weight = killer to roll up forward/backward

Not during... I did 3 sets.
I never go with something if I feel the sharp pain...

I have one of those lying around my garage somewhere. My brother was telling me the other day he had seen it. Its been in there since I left

Cant think sometimes.

Im just gonna lay off upper body weights and run this week.
And abs. Legs.

Ps. My shoulders are soo not flexible... could that be an issue? I can barely wipe my ass
