are you kidding? muscle size/structure > muscle strength... i'll admit that vanity is the main reason i work out. it's not like i regularly find a necessity to lift a couple hundred pounds off my chest, or pull it down from the sky anyplace other than the gym
I dunno. I think strength > muscle size. I work out for vanity also but I think more so for strength. I'm not saying I'd want to be skin and bones and strong as fawk but even if I dont get huge but can go to the gym and throw up 250-300 on the bench and 400 for squats that would be sick
jae, all you have to do is go to the gym everyday. That's really all their is to it. I say this for everyone of these threads but I wish I had my old high school ids still lol. Frosh year I was all pudgy and shit, then soph year I brought the :naughty:
