yeah that what i meant... even 3 months thats alot of fat burned off.

He has logs of all his diet and workouts. He self admittedly was under eating. He was only taking in 1400-1600 calories for the first few months coupled together with vigorous workouts.

I'm down to 177. Need to keep my heart rate up! My workout involves high reps, 30-sec rests, and cardio.

I need to do research on core workouts with the swiss ball. Last night I did push-ups on it, and that was pretty intents.

Oh and I see the first sign of abs already!!! :bowdown: The two upper ones have a little definition already.

My first day back was Sunday. I'm sore as hell. Did chest. Tonight it's back and bi's.

I did incline, decline, flat and cables.

I'm back! But it's gonna hurt :sad:
