I'm down to 177. Need to keep my heart rate up! My workout involves high reps, 30-sec rests, and cardio.

I need to do research on core workouts with the swiss ball. Last night I did push-ups on it, and that was pretty intents.

Oh and I see the first sign of abs already!!! :bowdown: The two upper ones have a little definition already.
