Like, height/weight and such? 6'5" and about 190-200 lbs, depending on how much water I drink and food I eat

I'm doing low-ish reps though. I do about 2-3 sets of 8 (Sometimes 10)... not quite Max-OT, but still less than the traditional 10-12
