Well I am a small guy, so 200 is a lot of weight for me, but we will see.

Elliptical Easy on my fucked up knees. I'm 5'8 can't afford to not have muscle on this body vs. fat.

I use a Fiber supplement for that. Epoch uses it also.

I actually do ok. I keep a routine while I am lifting, so once my body gets used to it, I am fine.

If necessary, I will mix a little fiber in to help, but that is very rarely.

And I love Lima Beans, they are :yumyum:

chest -

bench - 170lb'sX6 times.
incline press - 130lb'sX6 times - i know i suck at that.
dumb-bell press - 45's each side - 10 times.

back -
seated rows - each arm - 120lb's 10 times
lat pull downs - 160lb's x 8 times.
some other bullshit machine - 120 lb's 10 times.
